Spanish Reflection
I think our Spanish project was a great success, I really liked how our menu came out and I also like how there wasn’t one group working on one thing, but two groups on two different things. I think our presentation was a little harder because we had a guest that was from The Gillespe School, so that put a little more pressure on us. One thing that I did not like our documentary for our project because I think it could have been longer. Otherwise I really liked our project, because we put a lot of time and effort into this and we did very good and worked very hard. I also liked the dish we made for the class, which was plantains with a sauce that was made with honey, cilantro, orange juice, and brown sugar.
